We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 24 hours. Delivery times vary based on your location within Australia. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Faulty Items: If a product is defective, we will offer a replacement or refund.
• Change of Mind: We may accept returns for unopened items within 14 days, subject to a restocking fee. Please contact support first.
