How do I place an order ?

Do I need to pay upfront ?

You will receive a credit period of 14–30 days. A dedicated manager will determine and offer the appropriate credit period based on the purchase amount and items.

How can I pay the tax invoice ?

We prefer payment via EFT (bank transfer) to the company bank account mentioned on the tax invoice. Alternatively, credit or debit card payments may be accepted with proper authorisation.

Do I need to pay any fees for credit/debit card payment?

No fees apply for credit/debit card payments up to $500. For invoice amounts exceeding $500, applicable card processing fees will be charged.

How many days are required to receive stocks after placing an order?

Orders for ink and toner are usually delivered within 2–3 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the items ordered and the delivery postcode. For urgent orders, express delivery can be arranged.
